Secret Santa's Helper is easy to use!
First fill in the 🎄 event information: the name of your event, and optionally any extra information you want the participants to know. Perhaps you want to set a limit on the gift cost, have a theme for the kind of gift, or include information on when & where you will exchange gifts?
Make sure to also enter the 🎅 organiser name and email. If the organiser is themselves a participant, hit the Add Organiser as Participant button to do exactly that!
Next, enter all the 🧑 participant name and email addresses. The email address will be used to send participants their allocated Secret Santa gift recipient, along with any extra information you have entered for the event. You can also add 🚫 exclusions for each participant – these are the names of other participants that they cannot be allocated to give gifts to.
When you are finished entering all your participant details and any exclusions, click 🚀 Randomise & Send Emails and Secret Santa's Helper will secretly allocate participants among your group, respecting any exclusions you have set.
As the organiser, you will be sent an 🔑 encrypted link back to this page, in case you need to resend any emails to participants or change any email addresses. You will never however be able to see any participants' allocated gift recipient.
All data you enter never leaves your laptop or device, other than the email addresses used to send allocations. Reloading this page will 🔒 erase all personal data that you have entered.
